Is Gumroad enough?

Looking for input from the more experienced folks. Do you think a Gumroad sales page is sufficient for launching my book? I finished the product and started working on a landing page this morning, but then I thought since I have the sales page at Gumroad, that another landing page would be redundant.

Anyone have any luck with Gumroad? If so, how do you like it?

    Yes, it will work.

    Is it the best way to launch your book?

    Hardly.

    Gumroad is merely a platform. And a relatively new platform at that. In order for your book to receive interest and sales, you need to actively promote both the book and the niche. There are a ton of ways to do that.

    Check the forum archives for other book launch threads - there are many of them.
