How to increase Amazon review

Dear Warriors

My company has been selling battery on amazon almost 2 year. This is very strange that our reviews are few? even a product already sold over 100pcs, just only got 3-4 review ( those reviews are positive)

How can i encourage our customer leave their comment to us?

I leave a thank you notes in each parcel. . but not many of them willing to leave us feedback.

On the contrary, ebay account, has more positive review left .

P.S our product rarely be complained or ask for refund. most of reveiws are positive 5 stars.
I saw some seller 's product got over few hundred even 1k reviews. any tips can encourage

    A) Provide a great consumer experience

    B) Send follow-up emails after an Amazon purchase asking for feedback.

    C) Request Amazon reviews via newsletter and social media.

    D) Reach out to users who reviewed similar products.

    E) Solicit the top Amazon reviewers.

    Set up an e-mail sequence after each person buy.

    This is the easiest way to make sure they leave a review.

    There are a few companies that offer that:

    -Feedback Genius
    -Feedback Five
    -QBool


    These companies also provide you with templates you can send the customer.

    The buttom line is almost nobody leaves reviews, whether good or bad and you have to REQUEST it to these customers.
