Software to monitor per hourly pay to outsource worker

Is there some sort of software for me to monitor my outsource worker? This is because I am paying my outsource worker based on per hourly rate.

    Some outsource systems include some form of monitoring so you can see what your outsource workers are doing. UpWork has a system like this.

    Personally, I don't know any worker, anywhere in the world, who will work as efficiently as possible if they know that they will be paid more if they do the job more slowly. For that reason, I always pay for the work done, not the time spent.

    With UpWork, that would be a "fixed price" job.

    For most things you want done, what matters is the results. So for me, it seems better to measure the results, than the time spent.

    I share my experience. Before I worked in small company, they use employees management software Apptivo. Through this software to track employees work activity and generate hourly based rate. If any additional information need try to reach out them. Thank you.
