I love the loads of good information available in the Forum and I have to say I also love the WSO's (Warrior Special Offers). As such, I have purchased quite a few of them. Since there is almost instant feedback from the Forum, products tend to be of higher quality. Nobody wants to destroy their reputation here so they usually overdeliver. The same goes for testimonials. Nobody wants to rave about a shoddy product because that would also hurt their reputation. Last, but not least, most WSO's are quite inexpensive considering the caliber of information they provide.

It's best to soak up the knowledge in bursts... NOT EVERY DAY, Been there ;o)

Focus on learning one thing at a time.

Break research (methods, tools & techniques) into a knowledge base.

i.e. Traffic, Article marketing, product creation, social media (twitter)

Decide how they will apply directly to your plan, interests or abilities.

Set goals, deadlines & action plans... And take steps EVERY DAY!!!

Even better, if you can partner with someone with complimentary skills

Like: Technical & Creative.

However best if you have a general basis or foundation in all areas

Wonder how many people joined the WR in the last few days, a gazillion it would seem from the feint red message under the avatars.

Not entirely sure how exclusive it is nowadays or how much people will be willing to share their information like they did when it was a smaller community.

For $37 it's like, why not really, hell I did it just because I figured I owned the site some $$$$ anyway and I wanted to use my PM's properly, the extra content was a bonus.

You are right there is A LOT of information in the War Room but I see that as a good thing. There is a little something for everyone in there. I say as far as reports go... I say don't try to read all of them at once otherwise you will just stay confused and your brain will want to go into too many directions. Stick to one thing, master it or profit and move on.

I look at Warrior Forum and The War Room as a form of insurance. Although I havent found the "next big thing", they have stopped me from buying the junk that is peddled by the Gurus in my inbox.

  Read the payment terms again. The lifetime subscription does not mean 60 years. It is only for 20 years, which may be a lifetime for most subscribers. I find your first sentence ironic.

I'm glad you manage your time well. So do I. I spend most of my day growing my business and managing my staff.

I disagree with your last paragraph, you only get what you pay for in the War Room if you don't do anything with it. I've built a whole company based on just one of the threads in the War Room. If all you see is "rehashed" stuff then you clearly haven't spent enough time in there is all I'm saying.

The stuff in there written by the founder of this forum easily exceeds the $37 price of admission. I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just not understanding your logic.

Hmmm, there' HUGE quality content in the war room. It is the best one time investment of $37 I have ever made. It would be great to arrange all the cool reports and products out there in categories, would be convenient to pickup specific reports pretty fast rather than going thru all the posts...

My advise is to focus on one question then go into the War room for the answer - read the answer and implement it - then go back in with another question - research it and implement - it is just like rinse and repeat!

Wow, I just became a member of the basic WF and now will put this on my to do list in the near future (to join the WR)! I'm really ecstatic and curious as to what content might be in there, especially as a newbie such as myself.

However, I am choosing to heed to lots of the advice I've also read throughout this post which clearly states that it is also very easy to get lost in there, or jump around from 1 idea to another. As a determined newbie who spent a lot of my money going from 1 idea to another & never making any (yet), I have chosen to wait on this membership and go with a program that has been highly reviewed on here, hint *Bring The Fresh* and focus and get busy.

Once I've done pretty well, then I will revisit signing up for a premium WR account. I have a feeling that if others (especially newbies like myself who have the tendency of getting distracted fairly easily) can also benefit from heeding to a similar plan such that I have mentioned here.

I am so happy to have found such a gem such as the community here at WF!

I am tempted to join, probably will anyway but..
I have a couple of questions which I cannot seem to find an answer to..

If I posted a WSO, is the payment feature/download etc provided in the cost of the $20?
Is the autoresponder provided or do we use our own?
I have the autoresponder plugin that I purchased as a WSO a short while ago,will that do the job? I haven't used it yet, I keep being distracted with other WSO's and don't use them either...oooh shiny shiny.

I have hosting (Hostgator), been with them for years, I have a couple of internet based retail stores (dropshipping), but they are "dead in the water" damn recession.

I would be grateful if someone could answer my questions for me.

I've been hovering around for a few months and agree with many of the other commentators here that it's easy to get lost in all the information overload.

Nonetheless, I'm made a valiant, possibly foolhardy, attempt to learn by doing. I'm building a website and a user manual for researching, creating, and selling information products. It's far from perfect but I'm planning to do revisions and give the updates free to previous customers.

I'd like to get some of my fellow Warriors to have a look at what I've done and give me some feedback. I'm wanting at least 10 people, possibly more, who would help me improve it. The War Room is immense - the amount of marketing Gold it contains is crazy and you could spend weeks there without even tipping the ice berg.

It's best to give yourself a time limit of how long you can spend in there because you'll get nothing else done! Best to go in there with a plan, get your stuff and go out and implement it

I dunno, I can think of some pretty powerful memberships, where I know guys who have been forced to make $10k+ for being in it.

The war room is just a library of knowledge accumulated over the last few years. If you can find what you're looking for, awesome.

But don't waste too much time in there, there's bigger and better things to do, like actually implementing your business model and getting that money made.

Not only does the War Room have a tonne of useful information but I love the fact that it's a flat one-time payment. You see other forums trying to charge upwards of $50 a month for access to "VIP sections" that have half the content that the War Room does.
