My Site is not working on Internet Explorer! Any Help?

I've just launched my site, and it works very well in Firefox, however, when I opened it in IE, I found that:
-The template is broken!
-A Footer script I put on the pages (showing with no problems on firefox) isn't showing at all on IE
-the message "error on page" never disappears (on all the pages)
What may be the reason for this?
And how to solve it?
