The niche matters MUCH less than what you do with it.

For example, a few years ago I bought an internet-marketing course. It advised choosing one of the more popular niches (which I did), and making videos, funnel on a website etc. I was even used by the author of that method as an example of how to follow the method perfectly, on the private forum.

After about 3 months, I'd sold zero, and no-one else on that forum said they'd sold anything at all.

In 3 years, I sold one copy of the Ebook, so made a loss.

Some time later, a kind person here on WF suggested that I put the Ebook on JVZoo. After 4 years, I've made around $700 profit, with no additional work, just by listing it there.

So for the SAME Ebook, the first method took me about 2 weeks full-time work, and made a loss. The second method took a few minutes of work (and no cost) and made a profit.

It was not the niche that changed, nor the Ebook. To be honest, writing an Ebook is the easiest part of the process . . . promoting and marketing it successfully is something that most Ebook writers are not doing well.

There are Ebooks selling on any niche you can imagine, and there are Ebooks, in the "best" niches, which never sell even one copy.

Some niches have advantages, for example recipes cannot be copyrighted (from what I've been told), so you can legally copy them from somewhere else.

It's usually easier to write about a niche that you know well and like, but certainly possible to do research and write about anything.

You could research what Ebooks are selling best, right now, and why. A good clue is if a topic is selling even with low-quality sales-copy.

I mare 400% profit on an Ebook of mine, in the last 3 days, and I should be able to repeat that profit, from the same Ebook over and over again, and up-scale as well. So writing Ebooks can be well worth it if you do it well

What you have been given are very broad niche markets - health, fitness, dating, marketing, and even self improvement...they all work. The challenge for you is to find and target a specific niche opportunity within these broad niches and then create your own solution to the problem.

Always remember that information product ebooks are selling hope along with simpler/easier solutions to very desperate desires to become, have or do something that your market currently struggles with.

Keep those principles in mind and you will find your sweet spot.
