How do you create your own product?

That may not have been the best headline, but I am not sure how else to ask this question.

I would like to delve more into the world of product creation and have some questions:

Is there a GOOD course that walks you through the technical part of the process? I am a writer by trade, so the creation/research part is not the problem. However, I do not know how to create the whole affiliate program around it.

I know I can load it onto Clickbank, but if I want to provide affiliate materials and create resources, can I outsource those tasks?

Any info/resources would be greatly appreciated!

Oh yes there is.. Look no further than Kevin Riley's product creation labs. He ran it here last year as a course and now you can buy it. It is simply awesome..
