I have a friend who's company has been asked to partner with this company:

They are a fairly new SEO firm looking for a money partner and my friend's lead generation IM company fits the bill. He asked my opinion of the company's offered services as well as any background info I could find. I figured that I might get a bit of help by posting here in the WF to see what others thought of the company on the surface and if anyone could figure out who their clients are or dig up any dirt...good or bad.
What are your thoughts?
