Advice needed - how to set up FB campaign without been blocked

Hi guys,

I really need your advice. I want to set up FB campaign for the company that I'm working for, but in turned out that we might have some problems because:

Me, credit card and the IP that I'm working with are all from different countries.
From what I heard, in order to run a long lasted campaign, IP and billing address have to match, also user have to have a history and they might ask to send ID details in order to verify that the campaign owner is a real person.

So far sound very complicated to run a FB campaign even though it will be completely legit.
Is some one have any recommendations? What do companies that have offices all over the world and use headquarter payment details ?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Well I Think there is no problem you can run your campaign, however you should carefully read Facebook ad TOS.
    Also wait for more suggestion

    Is there a legitimate reason why these don't match? If so, then you shouldn't have problems, you may need to contact them to explain.

    I don't really see how Facebook can flag this. If you have an approved account and you have a reliable and current credit card I don't understand what the issue is. I have only ever had IP, myself and credit card in the one country so I am just following along on this one.
