I can't use tag anymore?

when I create tags during posts, I've got this message:

You don't have permission to create tags!
Well why is that so anyone?

    I received the same error message, even though I didn't enter tags, just let the auto-tag feature do it's work, but I still received that error...

    However, when I viewed the thread, the tags were there... same as this post, I see the tags are there: anymore, tag

    Must be a little glitch... possibly from switching over to the 'Paid Forum' features/options the other day...

    Who else is seeing this error message?
