Redirect.com Traffic Review?

Just found the website Redirect.com, which claims to be able to advertise on major email newsletter held by some enormous companies. I'm wondering, has anyone tried this site as a traffic source, and how was your experience? Most of the reviews I've found are from a couple years ago, and since then they've received an update to their website and interface.
