So who is the best lead to follow??

You know, i always wanted to earn a living on line and my first point of call was ebay. Now since i began "researching" (just clicking and viewing pages really, buying some products etc), i have come across a person called John Thornhill who seems down to earth and genuine. I think i have strayed from wanting to sell fitness products to heading down the ebook road. As a newby, would anyone recommend John and his "marketing masterclass course", or maybe even give me any other tips on how i should start. There seems so much to learn but i'm determined to stick at it:confused:

    Mike,

I have been on John's email list for years and he's a big success online. He goes by the name PlanetSMS on ebay and runs a site called Mentorship Monthly. He also has a coaching program, which I am sure is the latest and greatest of what's happening now online.

It was through John's recommendation that I signed on with Alex Jeffrey's mentorship program and it was the best thing that I have done. Alex changed our thinking entirely about the way that the web works and having a successful mentor, in my opinion, is the way to go.

I would definately sign up in a mentorship program if you can, especially if you are new, like me, just starting out.

    Hope this helps,
    Karen

Back when I started out it was really the people from this forum who helped me the most. John Reese, Ewen Chia, Jack Humphrey, don't know how many of these guys are still around the forums (if you are pm me!) I recently bought one of ewens new products which is a video course for newbies. It's really good, covers a lot of stuff and I even learned a few things even after 7 years..

His course is called working from home, and you can find it searching clickbank for ewen chia or if you like you can use my link Working From Home

I've also created a product which squeezes quite a bit of quality information into a short report I'm getting ready to launch it soon, but you can get access to almost all of the information now for a very special pre-launch price at The Internet Intelligence Report

I would also reccomend that you take some time to learn copywriting, it is the most essential skill if you want to get results from the internet. Words are powerful things if used right, without copywriting you simply will get poor results.

I wish had learned that earlier, because it wasn't untill I really studied copywriting that I was able to motivate my readers into action, and if you can't do that you're dead in the water. It's been a while since I bought a copywriting course perhaps another warrior can reccomend one?
