[Closed] KWfinder.com won't refund me, are they allowed to do this?
I signed up for their service back in 2015, used it for a little while then stopped as I didn't really find it useful.
I thought I had cancelled my account with them but 1 year passed and I was charged another $120.
I contacted them asking them to cancel the account and refund me.
I hadn't logged in to this service or used anything. After a long wait for a reply they told me that they cannot refund me as they have a 24 hour refund policy!?!
I was shocked and obviously very annoyed that they couldn't process my refund, I've sent them 2 followup emails and still have no reply.
