Hi,

I checked site https://www.dreamstime.com/credits

they are using two option

- monthly quarterly and yearly subscription with no of downloads available

- Credit packages where credit points will be used to download

Which membership plugin they are using?

which membership plugin can i use for such credit packages for my site of videos.

Please advice.

    They seem to have a custom coded shopping cart. I am not sure what you can use, but if you are using Wordpress then you might want to check into woocommerce

    Most major stock photo sites use custom coding and/or specialized scripts. Here is a decent one you can check (not an affiliate link). The two versions of this script run $149 and $299 respectively.

    Bro, digital content is max.

    Tips:
    • Please tell pay pal, they might freak out and freeze you.
    • Get ready for refunds and they are a pain.
    • Create physical products.

    For example, your should also have a DVD and blue ray version.

      Yes i heard from othesr as well that paypal suspend accounts with digital products.
      so what is the way to tell paypal? do i need to mail them? or any other way to inform them? or take permission from them?

        Paypal does NOT suspend accounts with digital products!!! So you "heard" wrong.

        I have been using Paypal exclusively for 15+ years, selling both digital and physical products.
        They DO suspend accounts that do not follow their Terms of Service (surprise, surprise), but so will any credit card company, payment processor, and/or your local bank.

    First off, since you asked about "plugins", I assume you are using WordPress for your site.

    ...but "plugin" is really a generic term and (in your mind) may not necessarily have anything at all to do with WordPress.

    Dreamstime is NOT using WordPress, and have implemented a custom coded set of features for the implementation of their cart.

    Note that paid WordPress plugins are generally developed only where there is sufficient need in the market to make them worthwhile. No one developing a plugin for sale is going to create such a plugin unless there is a perceived demand for the product.

    You might have a little more luck if you check the free plugins, as someone may have developed such a plugin for their own use and then made it available for others to use. Of course, this is less likely if the plugin increases competition for the developer's primary business.
