Hi,

I come across this website mentalismzone . c om where I see only an affiliate Amazon being sold.

The guy that made this site has also very informative videos on youtube explaining
how to find a niche and monetize and he said he made a lot of money with his website
I just don't understand how he made money with only a % of sale of an affiliate book. ?
Can pls someone explain because I don't get it.
Sure the site is unique but can u make that much with 5% on a sale of someone else book?
If I have to put some many efforts to build a website, drive traffic only to get a % of sale of a book I d rather put, for example, several ads on Ebay dropshipping a product.

thank you

without seeing the actual site then nobody can give you a clear answer. But, the site is probably collecting email addresses and then doing follow up marketing. As far as only getting 5% of a book, well have you ever heard of goodreads

the site is clearly written on my post, can you read?

      mentalismzone.com

the site is not collecting any email address.
the owner, named "lazy ass stoner" is very popular on youtube and I doubt
goodreads has anything to do with it

If you look at the ads on the site, they are offering free information products but you have to give your name and email address. The site owner is probably building a list where he/she can then send emails with other more expensive offers.

I'm very curious too . He is not selling anything. Only has ads run. So unless he is getting someone to purchase via he ads how would he make any money?

Then please, go ahead and do eBay dropshipping. If that's what you'd rather do . . . then do it.

There is no sense in worrying about how others are making their money. That doesn't have any bearing on you. You'll never know everything they are doing behind the scenes.

Find your own path. That has always been what it takes to become successful online.

you are completely missing the point.

I asked for educational purposes only since I am new here.

I just read that once a website owner directs a visitor to Amazon he benefits from all purchases visitor makes and that can adds up. This is a possible answer,

this guy video about how to select a niche is very, very well done.
I m just unable to contact him and ask him where/how he made the money

    Hi 7,

I know it can be tough not to intellectualize stuff, but honestly, money just responds to an individual's energy.

Guys like Steve Scott make $30,000 a month selling $2.99 eBooks.

Guys like John Chow make $50,000 a day sometimes selling $10,000 business packages.

Money just responds to your energy, and each individual resists or does not resist money, and makes an amount correspondent to this resistance or non resistance.

The person you mention is making money because they are likely really helpful, collect emails, share the help/value through emails, and folks buy the Amazon affiliate stuff and they get paid.

Forget about following 1 channel based on the income potential. Remember to follow your passion.

If drop shipping stuff seems really, really fun, you'll keep at it and test and retry and tinker with your approach until you make money with it, because it's fun and fascinating. But if you are thinking more about the money, when the money does not show up, you lose your motivation. That's why ya see so many Warriors struggling; they lose motivation when money does not arrive.

As a guy who's been through valleys and peaks, please, follow the fun. Follow the passion. Then, you can help, and research, and test, and you'll make loads more dough, will help a bunch more folks and you'll make your dreams come true, independent of niche, or of your dreams.

    Happy prospering.

I have to clarify about Adsense is not " say easy to earn lots of money to be frank "

depend your niche also , etc etc

no doubt Traffic is the key to get but it take some times to see results.
