How do I get Paid, Targeted, Opt-In Traffic other than from Solo Ads?

I'm an Online Personal Trainer and I want to drive large numbers of targeted traffic to several Squeeze and Landing pages. I know all about Solo Ads, but these seem to be catered to people who want traffic for an MLM, IM or Biz Op.
My question is, what is the best way (or source) to pay for high volume, targeted traffic for non-biz op offers? My landing pages would be for Recipes, Fitness Tips and Online Personal Training.
