Hello:
Can someone please tell me where I can get a "Contact Us" form? Free, if possible, otherwise it is also OK if payable, so long as it is not too pricey.
Must be simple to insert (copy and paste is best) into my website as I am not conversant at all in IT matters
Thanks

Are you using Wordpress? If so, simply download the "Easy Contact" plug in, install it, add a page called "Contact", and place the code [easy contact] in the html on the page.

I like WuFoo, too. Very nice stuff.

And there are some sensational Contact Us forms for WP -- some with great spam control, some well... not so great.

There's also Google Docs, which I just suggested to someone in this thread. You can embed it into your site fairly easily, too. Just like embedding a YouTube vid, basically. It's an iframe. Cut'n'paste.

    Hope that helps!

In addition to the contact forms already mentioned I've also used FoxyForm.com and found it to be pretty good. Easy to set up and all you have to do is paste in some code where you want it.

I'm not the most tech savvy, but if you're using Wordpress, I have had luck using the "Contact 7" plugin. I tried several others and could not figure it out. If you download that one and run into problems send me a PM and I'll walk you through it.
