Can I sell a aged Domain that's been sandboxed by Google?

I currently have 2 aged domains (approx 6yrs old) which were sandboxed by Google cause of bad backlinks.
both
They are coming up for renewal soon but I would prefer to flip/sell them if I can. But my question is; would anyone buy a domain that's been punished (not ranking in top 100) by big G ?

The domains are both for local service geo terms eg, houseremovals+city

Any ideas?

    Sure you could maybe sell them for peanuts, might take you a while though.

    Cleansing a domain that's been tarnished is not an easy task.

    Anyone that would purchase an aged domain without "due diligence" is not very smart.

    Unless these are 1-word domains (which they're not), I think you would be money ahead to just let them drop.

    How many hours are you going to spend to promote their sale with the hope that someone might buy them for a few dollars? It's not worth the effort.

    Move on and put your time to a better use!

    It very well may cost you the same or more to sell them than what you would get in payment. That,of course, assumes that all of the people who buy domain names are intelligent enough to research the domains before buying them. My guess is that there are more suckers out there who do not exercise due diligence than those who do. You just need to ask yourself if you are the type of person who is willing to screw somebody over to make a few bucks.

      No, I'm not wanting to screw anybody. The domains I have are for a very popular service in a large capital city, so I thought perhaps someone might be interested to buy them if they know how to clean up the bad backlinks etc.

    i think when they were both worth money at some time,
    you should keep them - and rescue them. It's possible.

    Yet not 100% sure, its worth to give it a try though, in case you
    dont succeed just let them expire, selling is not a good idea,
    as the potential customer rather will choose a less problematic
    solution.

    You have to read old threads here to find a solution to do rescue
    operations the smart - not the hard way.
