Is there anyone had got sales via only Facebook?

Say, If we can get about 200-500 friends online + If we get a popular product+If we write a review of the product on our blog.
Is that possible to make sales? Any ideas Warriors

    Facebook is great for me ... I recently grew a list to over 5000 members.

    Communications such as email get switched off at this level so I have closed the group and am advising new ppl to join the new group.

    I try and take ppl off facebook and on to my own sites in order to capture them on email lists.
