I need suggestions for a transition to online biz

I operate a home services business, I have all the necessary skills and knowledge to coach people that want need to turn around there business or need help.

I want to start a consulting business, and will need to build a list.


I am wondering how warriors would tackle transferring my offline skills into the online world

The trade is HVAC, I have the systems for home based services that I could package and resell, and offer coaching.

any advice as how to get started with this venture, I have no IM skills, other than Seo, and building my offline business website so that customers can contact us for services.

    The best advice I can give to get you started is to validate your market.

    Image the business that you dream of creating. Then go online and do market research to validate (see if people are really asking for the things you can offer) and check for demand for your services.

    It's very difficult (costly and time consuming) to try to generate product demand yourself. If there is not already demand for what you are going to offer, I suggest you focus your effort on something else.

    Lots of businesses never get off the ground because they are trying to sell something that is not currently in demand.
