Answering Service

Hello warriors.

I am in the market for answering service company.
I need a company that can answer the calls, forward the calls to me and my guys, but only after they take names, so they can announce who is calling. Take a message if the call is rejected.
I see so many companies on Google. Anything I should watch out for?
Or better, can you recommend a reliable company that won't send me to bankruptcy court

    There are a number of companies offering this service, and I can give you any specific recommendation, but would I would recommend is to see if they can offer you a test run or low cost short run on this. And by all means due your due diligence and check them out with the BBB and other 3rd party sources. Read testimonials, get references, do test calls to their business to see how they handle their own prospect and customer service calls (this will tell you a lot!). If they can't even handle their own business with precision, then I darn sure wouldn't trust them handling mine. Also find out exactly what they will and won't charge you for - and also what proof/documentation they'd provide you for charged calls such as call recordings, etc.

    Sorry I don't have a company name to give you but what I can give you is some good advice.

    I remember attending an affiliate marketing summit last year where one of the key note speakers showed us various graphs, and one graph I specifically recall was one that showed a very favorable result when the person answering the phone was a female and had a British accent. Who knew

    Yes it's strange, when I hear the voice of a British lady on the other end of a business phone call, I think I may subconsciously feel more comfortable following her instructions.
