How to increase amazon sales..

Hello folks,

I have a website, where i sell amazon products. Most of the visitors are coming from US, but according to statistics about 20% of our traffic is outside the US (Mainly from UK and Italy), meaning that non-US users click on Amazon link, which will redirect them to a website that doesn't ship to their location. So i need your help to solve this problem.

1) do i have to create different amazon associates account for each country or is there any other way?

2) In case if create those accounts where i will be paid? I mean, can i connect all this accounts to my primary (us) account, so that way all the money will be concentrated on one billing address and one bank account?

There are a few plugins available that will automatically redirect your visitors to the correct Amazon site for their country.

Yes you need a different amazon associates account for each country, but now *I think* you can automatically sign up to loads of countries from one account.

Yes, I agree with Michael Meaney.

And since your main target is Amazon.com for U.S, the best thing you can do is to increase your U.S traffic.

No doubt, when you are driving traffic to a site you tend to get traffic from irrelevant or unrelated areas, that's is normal. However, if you focus on your target market you will do just fine..

I'm using Amazon Associates Program and I've been facing the same problem. Yes, you can geo target visitors but it includes using either PHP or JavaScript or plugins or buying a new domain and then geo targeting. So, yes you do have some options, but I suggest you focus on one country and maximize the traffic from that country. Focusing on this only will produce better results than breaking your head about all the fuss with geo targeting Amazon.

Yeah i completely agree with you, that i have to concentrate on one main source of traffic, but this plugins really help to geo target all your visitors. My main problem here is to find out how amazon works... and how i will get paid from all those different amazon associate accounts

is there anybody who has different amazon associates accounts? The reason why i am asking this question is that i want to know, how do they get paid.. is it necessary to reach 100 $ limit for each account to withdraw the money ? or it's all connected to one account...

I recommend EasAzon. I've used it for a long time and I don't know of anything better. 25% my Amazon income comes from Canada and the UK, via EasyAzon.

Here is my affiliate link: https://boostwp.samcart.com/referral/EasyAzon-Pro-Main---Dev-&-Multi-Rights/066653

OR, just go directly to easyazon.com

    Hey everyone,

This is Taylor with Geniuslink (geni.us), formerly GeoRiot. I just want to provide some insight into this question as it is one we've dealt with for a long time.

At this time, Amazon has 14 different stores worldwide and 12 different Associates Programs. In order to earn commissions through any of their associates programs, you'll need to join them separately. Here is a guest post we wrote for Amazon explaining this issue and solutions: https://affiliate-program.amazon.co....o/geotargeting

Geniuslink works to take any regular Amazon affiliate link and turn it into a "global link" that works for all of the stores and affiliate programs worldwide. To use our service, you'll need to join the separate programs for which you'd like to earn commissions. From there, our service will automatically geo-localize any Amazon link for the end user and add your appropriate tag for that user's location so you can earn commissions. We do this through a proprietary "translation algorithm" that matches products between storefronts. You can read more about this process here: Geniuslink Translation Algorithm for iTunes and Amazon : Geniuslink Support

Our service can be implemented via individual links, or we can automatically localize all existing Amazon links across a WordPress site with our Amazon Link Engine WordPress Plugin or a non WordPress site with our custom JavaScript Snippet.

Our service is used by individuals like Pat Flynn, Ryan Holiday, Brene Brown as well as companies like Polaroid, Volcom, HyperX, and countless others. We're a very reputable service that has been in the affiliate world for several years with the end goal of helping affiliate marketers earn more revenue through their links and give their users a better experience .

Feel free to reach out to us directly at hi [at] geni.us if you ever have any specific questions about our technology.

    Cheers,
    Taylor and Team Geniuslink

The easiest way is to just write some geo script to redirect based off the persons country..

from my understanding (it's been a while since I read this), each amazon site is separate from each other, so you will need an account for each

Yes that seems to be right....

And meanwhile there are a couple scripts... always like at multiple scripts, they want to sell them to you ( or get a commission )... Some are at least fair and help you and give you option with or without their affiliate link !!! Thanks..
