Have a bunch of wordpress posts, pdf's, videos, pages that I want to put behind a membership paywall or at least not deliver ALL the content in simple PDF's that someone could download and then request a refund but still have access to...

Problem is with a traditional membership plugin there is no upsells/downsells, one time offers in the checkout process.

Sure I could use something like clickfunnels or other traditional cart software but that doesn't allow me to protect content behind a log in....

Is there any software out there that protects content where you must login to view but also offers unlimited OTO's at checkout?

Or is something like this 100% custom?

    I have a membership plugin that is using PayPal... Now, I don't use this plugin (got it with some other stuff) but if I wanted an upsell I would just have the upsell page as the page that the person got redirected back after purchase. No need to use an advanced or expensive software!

    If you want to use PayPal is another thing...

      Sounds good but wouldn't they then have to enter the payment information all over again?

        Well, most people does have a Paypal account so I would not see that as a problem. Clickbank does this. JVZoo does this. Warrior+ does this. I think WarriorForum does this as well!

        Or do you want more like a traditional cart where the customer place Membership 1 in the cart and just before he is about to pay, an upsell asking for Membership 2 comes up?

        I have a hard time seeing how a traditional e-commerce cart would work on a membership site.

        You can also read more about Clickbank's feature PitchPlus which does basically what you asked. They make the first purchase and after that, they get an opportunity to buy an upsell with just one-click without having to fill in payment details!

        I have never used it so don't know how it works and also I assume that you need your product on Clickbank as well!
