Hello warriors I have a quick question for people who have some expertize in buying and selling websites especially blogs

here is some hints:

pr --> the blog is new so its pr 0 i dont have any traffic from search engine all the traffic is from social media and especially twitter

traffic per day --> about 4000 unique

also what is the best marketplace to flip it?

    Hi

it took me only 2 weeks to build the traffic after launching the blog I understand that most buyers are looking for established blogs/websites in my case the buyer of my blog will get the blog + the automatic traffic source so I will guarantee him to earn at least 1000$/month from adsense

I know that some will ask why i want to sell it if it is bringing that money on autopilot ,well I have my personal reasons

I hope that will clarify the situation

    All the best

Be very careful when it comes to making any income guarantees - I would steer well clear of guaranteeing any level of income whatsoever.
Give projections and estimates, sure, but I would not say "buy this blog and you will make $1000/month" - that's asking for trouble.

If you can generate $1k/month in 2 weeks, I would wonder why you don't just stick with the automated income?
    Hi

    Hi all

I just joined the forum and I am already learning so much.

I'd be interested to know what figure you had in mind.

    abdoue,

from my personal experience I can pretty easily flip sites for 10-15 times revenue without them being very old but my sites use natural search engine traffic which raises it's value.

It also depends on how much content there is on the site that's unique this will effect the value too.

Id reccomend listing it here or at flippa.com and explain the situation and why the traffic will keep flowing and you will find a buyer.

As far as price point goes ? Typically if a site is making $1000/mth it's going to sell for 10-15,000 but your traffic source and the fact I dont know much about your site would leave me to believe it would sell for less then 10x's.

Just list it with a reserve price youd be happy with and see where the bidding goes.
