How do you organize your content ideas?

If you have 10-15 blog ideas a day which accumulates to a lot then it would be in your best interest to cut down some of the ideas which you think aren't as relevant as the more important ones; then organize them by day or by subject in notes if you have a smartphone or put it in a .txt file

Use MP3 audio recorder or even better MP4 video recorder. No need to write everything down. Then create folder and sub-folder according to the topic you are talking about. Save the MP3 or MP4 files in the corresponding folder and sub-folder. Hope it helps!

Whenever an idea comes to my mind, I put it in my notes on my phone.

If you can generate 10-15 ideas a day, it might be a good idea to remove any ideas you think might be weak, hence keeping your most quality content.

Content quality is much more important than content quantity IMO.

Cut out the slack and beef up the best by reviewing your ideas daily. Take your time with your content, I would suggest having content prepared a week in advance before posting it, that way you can make any necessary changes. It also gives you sufficient time to create more content.

This applies if you are a regular content producer of course.

I personally nearly always have a piece of paper or a small notebook since I get a lot of ideas too. After jotting them down, I put a bulleted brainstormed outline into a Google document. Later in the week, when I need to write, that's when I visit and select which idea I want to write.

As of now, it's a VEEEEERY LOOOOOOOONG FILE. (Also, if I've written the idea, I delete and transfer it to an "already written" list).

I write them down on my phone as they come to me.

But waking up from the edge of sleep at 3am to write an idea down feels like being stabbed in the eye with a lightsaber.

I used to write down ideas and notes in Evernote but a few months ago I switched over to Trello which I run on my desktop as well as my smartphone. It is easy to use and flexible enough for organizing your notes. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube in case you plan to try it out.

I use Evernote to organize all my ideas, research and interview notes, blog posts and articles, which I want read later. Also it is good because it syncs across all your devices and it has Chrome extension Evernote Web Clipper that lets you save texts, links, and images you see online into your Evernote account with one click.

One of the simple and fun ways to organize your ideas and inspiration is Pinterest. You can pin everything you find on the internet to your own boards.

Also I would like to advise you to use plagiarism checker, to be sure that your content is unique. For a long time I use Unplag, which is simple in using, fast and qualitative, also It saves and organize your files to your own library.

All ideas are good. I prefer a notebook, a sheet of paper or phone. Maybe sheets of paper even more comfortable for me to work with. A can see them all and compose in different ways

You can do mind maps of your ideas. There’s mind mapping software such as mindmeister.com and mindjet manager. I use mindjet to organize everything from ideas, to book summaries. Try it out and see how it works for you.

Another vote for Evernote. I try to do a really sloppy brain dump of all of my thoughts that I want to remember, and then come back to it and try to make sense of it all.

I use Google Keep to quickly jot down my ideas on my phone. Then I use a mind map program to map out all the ideas. Use the website mindmup.com. It is a free program to create your mind map.
