Buyer these days want a personal touch
In my Online business I found that more and more people want to have the personal touch.
More and more people on my list start to email me back and I do respond to them with a great to connect message. I even arrange a few Skype call with them.
However i do find that they want more prove that I am making money from my system as they tend not to believe all the Video's on social media.
So, I do find making time for your buyer to be of great tool to show the human touch.
the first skype cal can be a bit scary but after a few it start to fall in place.
