Can you give me an example of a good sales page?

I have a premium product, as well as a "super-"premium product I am going to sell, but I would like my sales page to be visually appealing. I know you guys have a certain criteria of what a sales page should look like, so I'm just hoping to look at a few good examples.
Thanks!

  • An example of a good sales page is relative. What is good to Super Internet Marketer may be an excellent sales page to Average Joe. Just my opinion!
  • I think that good sales pages have two things in common:
1.) they are tailored for the product
2.) they are simple and not overloaded with useless information
  • Go find out who your competition is and who is making the most sales and copy what they are doing.

    • EPoltrack77 is right. Check people who provide similar product as yours or those who are in the same niche as yours. Then you can pick one or two ideas from them which you can use to test your sales page. Remember it is not about just hitting on the go. Sometimes it taakes testing and tweaking before you can start making it.
  • There are literally thousands of sales pages all over the net. You can find them in many signatures here. My suggestion would be to view as many as you can find. And the ones that make you feel that you want to buy the product or service are the ones you want to study.

I could probably mention a few but then people reading this will just go and copy it and not learn anything about why it works

That doesn't tell us anything about the product or traffic demographic.

Be specific If you want specific answers.
  • When I'm looking for ideas, I usually check out something I know is working and was designed by people who know what they're doing, then model after that. Check out something like the clickfunnels sales page for visual cues to good design.
  • How about you go check out your competition.

See what their sales pages look like.

    That should help a bunch.

  • It is pretty rare to have dumbfounding info amongst the rest. I think it also can be part of a successful campaign.
  • Can anyone provide links?

    • This isn't rocket science. Sales pages are all over the internet. And while many people on the WF don't seem to realize it, most of the best sales pages have nothing to do with MMO niches. For instance, here are five different sales pages for iPhones:

      iPhone 6s - Apple
      https://www.amazon.com/Apple-iPhone-...dp/B00NQGP42Y/
      https://www.verizonwireless.com/smar...sku=sku1740043
Apple iPhone 6s 128GB Rose gold MKRQ2LL/A - Best Buy
      http://www.adorama.com/upp6s128gbro.html

As you look through them, however, I'd think about the different goals that each page has and the techniques that they are using to achieve them. As just one example, Apple doesn't really care if you buy an iPhone from them -- they just care that you buy an iPhone. Thus, their entire page is devoted to demonstrating why that specific product is so fantastic. On the other hand Amazon doesn't really care if you buy an iPhone -- they just care that you buy whatever you're going to buy from them. For that reason, they have reviews, comparative information and all sorts of other information designed to help guide your purchase -- while keeping you browser pointed at Amazon.com.

The internet is full of great examples of great internet marketing for those who just open their eyes...
  • Everything you need is here.

Search for "Long Copy" or "Salesletter".
  • no i cant

a good sales page means a sales pages that converts..

to find out what a good sales page is you need to test the traffic you are sending to it.

  • It's all about getting the landing page up first! Once you get it up, make sure you can start iterating fast!
  • I use InstaBuilder 2 for all of my sales pages.

    • and how is it? Can I buy one for 77 and be able to download the template in HTML format with the graphics attached?
  • Go to apple's website. Click on any of their products in their store. They all have excellent landing pages for their products. They're masters at this.
  • I'd recommend looking at pages created by top people in the industry. People like John Carlton, Gary Bencivenga, Dan Kennedy, etc, etc.

They produce consistently high quality and effective sales pages worthy of being modeled. You'd be surprised at just how bad (and low converting) many sales pages are. Stick with modeling the pro's and you should be fine. Just a thought...
  • Just check online to see what the top dogs are using successfully get some ideas from them to make yours. Create different variable and test them with different traffic sources to see which converts best. But make you don't copy word for word. Be yourself and make your own brand so that people will get to know you too.

    Hope that helps
  • Making a sales page appealing is not so much about how it looks, it's how organized it is, how efficient it is, and how easy it is to read.

Just like a slow loading site, how long does it take for your customer to find exactly what they're looking for on your homepage?

You need to focus on giving them the few options 90% Of your visitors want most, because this is going to get there lips drooling . To see more of what you have to offer.

This is critically important, because it means the difference between the success of your business, and total failure, and you could just be one step away from a Breakthrough.
  • Personally, I think that the vast majority of salesletter are very bad.

Nowadays people don't want to read pages which requires them two hours to read. hundreds of captions, capitalizations, color changes etc. is an old fashioned way to get attention.

In my opinion it is a mix of persuasive language and elements, a clean and simple (depending on the product) design, and trust. For me, all these "Learn how to be the best" and "learn how to make 92032$ in one day", in combination with big red letters and tons of text and sketchy testimonials are a bad way to go with.
  • I always found that my conversions improved when I added in an auto-play sales video of me actually speaking and presenting my product. Loaded in a bunch of positive testimonials and a little bit of copy/text, plus a money back guarantee at the bottom.

Ultimately it's when I put the video in and removed 95% of the text that I saw a noticeable improvement.
  • That's not very pretty is it?

It was massively successful though. Think about it.

A little pretty is good but what it says is really what makes a good sales page.
  • If you are looking for MMO or Softwares sales pages then for example, you only have to go on JVZoo, search for affiliate offers and look at their Conver. Rate %

Find offers with Conver rate 10%+ and look at their Sales pages. (Conver. Rate also depends on the price etc..)

Or look at the latest big launches! These vendors spend tons of money on their sales pages, copywriting, design etc...

BUT Don't copy their words! take the idea and make your own sale page!

Also a simple page with just a VSL (Video Sales Letter) and a buy button, can be a great sales page!

For example some of the best selling Clickbank products are using a simple page with just VSL!

    Hope this helps

    Cheers!

    • The internet is all about sales pages. Go to Google, put in your product, or words that describe it and read what comes up> Decide what catches your eye. Asking for a good sales page on the Internet is like asking for ice in the Frozen tundra... Just look around you.

This thread subject is severely flawed.

Example, some Amazon sales pages have thousands of sales and some Amazon sales pages that look extremely similar have no sales.
  • Look at top marketer's:
Evan Pagan (www.doubleyourdating.com, is one of his, and successful)
    Frank Kern
    etc.

Also, keep in mind that a successful sale page does not exist in a void but works in conjunction with other elements. Dan Kennedy's GKIC sells memberships here: Membership – Small Business Marketing.
  • Sample sales page I like is Basecamp https://basecamp.com.
-Great headline on what problem it is trying to solve
    -Interesting image.
    -Top customers
-Video answering top customer concern: How does it work? Why does it work?
    -List of useful features
    -Letter from the founder
    -Free trial and easy sign-up
  • Hop on to Clickbank marketplace and there you'll find quite a lot of good example of well written, professional sales page that are converting. The sales page may look different for other niches selling different products, for eg sales page selling IM product vs weightloss product may sounds different, but the key structure and the elements of the sales pages are the same.

As you read the sales pages, jot down and prepare a swipe file of good headline, title, opening paragraph and what not. It will come handy when you are writing your own sales page.
  • The high converting sales page I know is from weight loss niche, which is the most well-known website namely Venus Factor

The sales page can be in the form of text or video or both, but for today, the best one is using the video sales letter as the conversion is very high.
