For Mobile CPA Guys

I just started my first CPA work , i started with CPI offers ( Cost per application install ) , I'm using Facebook to promote the offers .
But tell now I'm getting poor results , expensive clicks , low conversion rates .
I suppose the problem to be the banners and the landing pages not the offers because it already works with other guys .
So i hope you can help me out :
- What makes a good Mobile application landingpage and banner effective and converting ? from where can i get inspiration or spy on other people's landings ?
- Which type of FB ads is more effective for this ? ( Clicks to website , Conversions , ... etc) ?
