What's the best way to automate a webinar?

I'm just stymied by looking for the best tool to automate my webinars. What I need:

- integrate powerpoint, video and audio to create a replayable mp4

- offer attendants an original time to listen and replay times to listen

- offer pops up at the right time in the presentation

I don't use wordpress and would rather have a one time fee. Right now, I use instant teleseminar and while they did recently add a video feature, it's off youtube and is slightly delayed. Plus anyone on the phone just HEARS SILENCE when the video is playing - no bueno

I just want to completely automate the presentation so it plays without me being there and ONLY offers replay when people sign up for a time slot

I've explored:

Stealth Seminar - kind of expensive, recurring and they don't tell you how it works until you pay

Webinar Jam - just an overlay for Google Hangouts which require more tech savvy to join than my audience has. My audience is not going to want to install software nor figure out how to join a google hangout

Go to Webinar - software to install for participants - not good

Anyone have any good clues? This is primarily for marketing purposes - free presentation to foster signups for a course (or later a product purchase)

Thank you!

    Webinar Jam.

Last I checked it didn't require me to download any software to join a session.

All I had to do was register for it.

You can also try Webinar Jeo.

I've read great stuff about Stealth Seminar.

Btw, I recommend shifting your mindset. If you're converting and selling now with audio, video is going to increase sales significantly. So the price tag shouldn't matter since this is an investment in growth.

I don't generally do just mp3 but a powerpoint presentation. After it, you can furnish a link for people to listen to the replay any time, but what I want is only scheduled replays available and also to add video to the presentation. Any suggestions for a good service would be MOST WELCOME - thanks!

For automation I have used Stealth Seminar and Webinar Jam.

Currently I use and prefer WJ as you can't tell if it's live or not, it's pretty damn good.

Thanks - think I'm gonna go w Stealth Seminar. It's pretty steep for the number of callers I get but may be worth it for the automated element of it. Can try for 1 month and see

You may be right - just spent a lot of time chatting with the Stealth Seminar folks and it turns out they DO NOT offer unique times for folks to sign up for a replay but just a generic replay for a period of time. So confusing, and I'm not sure WHY it takes so much to extract the info you need to find out if one is right or not but much of the info for these services is super opaque. Thanks!

To answer my own Q, I found out that Ever Webinar IS part of Webinar Jam, that they're way beyond Google Hangouts now and just what I need in terms of scheduling a replay, etc and lots of cool marketing tools

I'm putting this here for anyone who wanders along later & has this type of questions. For me, it's a learning curve and a bit scary but very necessary for business growth at this point
