So EzineArticles Accused Me Of Plagiarism. Here's Why...

This is annoying, but also funny in a way.

It's like this...

A very similar article I wrote was published on my own site a while ago, here it is...

I don't really care about that too much.

I re-worked the article for EzineArticles, but now EZA says that the forum guy is the original author and I'm Plagiarizing his work, lol.

Surely I can't held responsible for everyone who wants to copy and paste my work into a forum.

Any one else been in this situation? What did you do?

As a side note, this same article has been rejected 4 previous times for spelling/grammar. I can't for the life of me find it. I make changes and resubmit, but they maintain there is an error in it. Would almost make you think that the 'plagiarism' accusation is their way of saying "stop resubmitting this article, we're not going to publish it."

Not sure what to do now.

    Well I replied to the 'problem resolution' email they sent me as I can't find any other contact email address for them.

    Hopefully someone at EZA reads it

    This is similar to a problem that I have and I'm very worried about the implications of it all. See the thread I posted about it here http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...-articles.html

    In short I needed to resubmit some old articles only to have EZA reject them because someone had stolen them from EZA and published them without accreditation nor links. I have had to write off those articles because EZA won't republish them.

    I can see that EZA is trying to keep the quality up but this is penalising the innocent and rewarding the pirates. My articles attract a lot of views to EZA and I'm now fearfull of losing them one by one.
