Hi,

I made a free SMS/inbox site its coming from a real sim thats connected to my raspberry pi in the house. I pay £7 for unlimited SMS and i've configured its sending messages on random intervals to make it less spammy to the provider.

I've got adsense ads on the site, but is there anything else I could offer to increase sales?

only just launched it today, started as a project so i could have a virtual 2 way SMS for cheap. I know most people are going to use the site for sms verification or harassing people, so Im guessing something along those lines to sell? or even just capture email addresses

I suppose there may be a way to utilise this, setup a guide on how to set this kind of site up and sell it for $10 a copy? You could utilise affiliate programs (amazon/ebay etc)

To my way of thinking . . .

Selling should never be an afterthought.

It should be the goal of a purposeful plan to provide buyers with value in exchange for their money.

What niche are you in and what is the demand in that niche? Identify what the niche participants are willing to pay to receive and you will know what you can provide for them that will sell.

    Hi Friends,

There's a lot of options that you can monetize it. You can become an affiliate of a product that's called affiliate marketing, you can write a blog post about a product or a review. You can create your own product to sell. You can join low and top tier digital business and write a blog post about it. And much more.

    Hope that helps.

Hi thanks for the advice guys , like I mentioned it started as a project with no real money goals in sight. But then I released it as a website, just because I could, and I remember back in the day these sites were popular and useful. I'm guessing now theres still a need, anonymous sms, not wanting to give number over etc... but still have access to inbox and send messages.

Maybe I could offer premium services for SMS sending or something too

Just a suggestion. I think you should make an dating portal site, in this site, member need sending a sms to the server in order to join or make friend with each other. When you receive the sms then you will return them a welcome or successful message with your specific purpose. This way will earn you some money when someone send an sms to your system, with dating site, I think the number of sms sending daily is not low.

try to find affiliate products that you could be related to sms, affiliate marketing is very very profitable if you have traffic... adsense always trickles money but affiliate can make it pour

You could sell upgrade packages ( while still having the limited free option, mostly for personal use)

Then do a real marketing campaign to get small start-up and small businesses in your city or country to pay for the high upgrade.

Also party and event organisers who usually need to get directly in touch with people in a short-time frame will also love to pay for the upgrade packages
