How to screw Amazon and others and not paying tax

Hey all,

As you know, many aff networks and marketplaces just leave the taxes to their affiliates to pay. That's how the world works, The big guns call all the shots.

However, if you open an offshore company and a bank account, you don't pay tax, if done right, of course.

I did it and it works like a charm. I pay exactly 0% tax on all my online profits, lol

How about you?

how much does it cost to set up and maintain an off shore business.

I am not a lawyer or a tax professional but I would think that once you use the money in the country you live in then it would become income and subject to taxes, and if so, you would now be subject to back taxes, interest, and fines

A bar of iron cost $5. Made into horseshoes, it's worth $12. Made into needles, it's worth $3500. Made into balance springs for watches, it's worth $300,000. Your value is determined by what you are able to make of yourself

I think we're supposed to PM him, begging to find out how to "do it right."

Sad thing is, he might land a few suckers.

Doubt it. You have to have income to owe taxes so they are already exempt.

    Another quality new member?

Don't know what country but avoiding taxes - and advising other to do it - is not smart business.

If you are in the US - the IRS offers rewards for those who turn in tax cheats....so bragging about it is stupid.

Excellent clickbait title. However, I'd be really careful about offering that kind of advice to anyone. People can and do get in trouble with the IRS for giving and using advice to avoid taxes.

I think they more than make up for it with their ridiculously huge product catalog. That's just me though.

And of course you are aware of filing an FBAR or Form 8938 for reporting foreign financial assets correct?

    Oh and also:

Reporting Promoters of Offshore Tax Avoidance Schemes
The IRS encourages you to report promoters of off-shore tax avoidance schemes. Whistleblowers that provide allegations of fraud to the IRS may be eligible for a reward by filing Form 211, Application for Award for Original Information, and following the procedures outlined in Notice 2008-4, Claims Submitted to the IRS Whistleblower Office under Section 7623.

You should be careful about bragging about cheating the IRS on a public web forum. It just takes one person to go to https://www.irs.gov/individuals/how-...fraud-activity and file a report.

Most people get caught skirting the law because they brag about it. Big mistake.

I forgot to mention that if you send even one falsified tax report to the IRS, you can be busted for mail/wire fraud.
