1 Multilingual or 2 separate blog for branding?

I am going to open an MLM blog. I have 2 target languages, the thing keeps my mind busy is thinking about which way is best way to go : having 1 multilingual blog or 2 seperate blog for each language? What are pros and cons of this 2 options and which one is most effective?
