On making a million dollars in a day

Wow, this hit me like a brick.

Who has made a million dollars in less than a day? How about even in a year? How about even in your lifetime?

Well, I haven't either, yet. But the other day I realized that I could.
When I was growing up there was a guy who was 2 years ahead of me and went to the same schools that I did and his name is John Reese.
(Most of you know who John is.)

I can't say John and I were close friends but I knew who he was. I don't want to take anything away from John but when we were growing up there really wasn't anything about John that would have pointed to him being able to make a million dollars in less than 24 hours. He was just an average kid just like the rest of us.

However, he figured out how to make millions and even has made record amounts of money in just a few hours. He doesn't do anything illegal or that requires superior intelligence. He just always believed he could and now he does. He learned how to control his focus and mind so that he could achieve the success he desired. Now he hobnobs with some of the most successful people in our world today and is even working on a project with the famed Tony Robbins.

Here is another funny thing. We both grew up in the same town and now we live only a few hours apart in California. It started me thinking. If John, a guy just like me, from the same town, with the same education, with the same opportunities, and who is roughly the same age, could learn how to make a million dollars in less than 24 hours; then I could too.

That's one of my favorite quotes ever.

My previous boss and now close friend became very close with Tony Robbins doing BDC work for Automotive Dealerships. I'm hoping to meet Tony sometime soon. Totally inspirational and real, which is very hard to find these days.

The first million is always the hardest.
And that is precisely why I don't unsubscribe from lists and I don't gripe about all the emails I get from Marketers.

I gave up on the first million. I'm working on the fourth or fifth now.

    Um.

You do realize that starting several threads that basically ask the same question in various ways doesn't increase your post count, right?

Hello, I create fake buzz to get people thinking and researching a product that's coming out shortly in a very subtle manner.

    Just saying...

Yup, that's how it's done. There's going to be a million-dollar-a-day WSO coming out soon. Here in California that will most likely be sold in US dollars or at an equivalent currency exchange rate. In anticipation of the inevitable WSO, I'm starting to get goose bumps already.

I like John Reese, I think he's a very cool and humble guy for a millionaire. I can't discount his million dollar day, but did anyone observe that he did this in 2004 and that he's been marketing years before this?

The point I am trying to make is when 'we' the mere mortals get the great story about some great achievement we don't usually get the story behind the great achievement. We don't hear about the trials, temporary defeats and so on that are met along the way. Because of this, most people get inspired because they think they can replicate that same feat, without the 'effort'. It doesn't happen. It takes time and hard work - any of the millionaires will tell you that if you ask them.

More million dollar days are going to happen. Just don't expect to be in the mix without putting in the effort.
