question on selling physical products

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a couple of cheap products that I sell online. I am selling some on Ebay, but my storefront is slow for these products.

I did a keyword volume search on a 3 word phrase that describes my product very well. Results were 1900 searches for august

competing pages resulted in 11,000.

the domain using those exact 3 keywords is available.

question is, do i get the domain, and promote and sell these items with a seperate store using the new domain? any advice would be appreciated.

I would purchase both the greenhampsterwheel.com and green-hamster-wheel.com domain names, put up a wordpress blog, and link the product images on your blog with the products in your storefront. (make sure to use plenty of keywords in the title and description of the product)

or

sell the product directly from the wordpress blog using a PayPal button.

Since there are not to many competing sites, focus on building links back to your Wordpress blog. Your blog should be listed within the Top 5 in Google with relatively little work.

my 2 cents is, if your products are very different from each other and not within the same niche, i would recommend that you get 3 domains and copywrite for each 3 separately. if its the same, you may wanna build a landing page that channels to these 3 products based on user clicked options yeah.
