Look into creating an Amazon(.com) affiliate site mate....seems to fit all your "needs" and has huge potential if set up properly, google some YT tutorial videos or find some authority sources who freely explain how to set em up and start earning through them. Sorry I have no clue about Elocalloop.com but why not do something thats proven successful, even with the holidays coming up you could be earning HUGE by Halloween and the whole process requires NO money up front aside from registering a domain and hosting and maybe a PBN/backlink service, no purchasing of goods or anything like that just simple IM, SEO & Lead Gen.

setting up any niche site would fit your needs..

i recommend you use the search feature on the warrior forum and start learning how to build yourself a niche site.

Making money is all about supply and demand. Certain markets and niches will have a higher demand with more competition. This is a good thing usually.

See what the top players are doing in your marketplace and simply copy what they are doing. That usually entails setting up your own website and marketing system.

My advice to you would be to create android apps.
They are very easy to make and with right guidance and some work initially u can make nice passive income sitting at home.

I have made good money with apps in last few months and u can also do the same..

You are right to be concerned with this product. In my experience, anyone that claims to offer an "easy and effortless" way to make money online is not telling you the truth.

Great incomes can be made with Internet marketing . . . but it typically takes time, it is usually not easy (although it can be simple), and it definitely takes work.

I owned a business directory for a time. My personal experience was this: it takes a while to get traction - to get it earning money. There are already directories in every niche, so go into this with you eyes wide open that other established players will be your direct competition.

Also recognize that you will need to be good at driving lots of traffic to your site and most newbies don't know how to do that. The reason business owners will pay to be listed in your directory is because they believe it will give them exposure to prospects and potential clients. But if your directory has sparse traffic coming to it, they won't pay you much or anything for minimal exposure. So ask yourself, "Am I able to drive lots of traffic to my directory? Do I have a sizable marketing budget for paid advertising?

I'm not trying to talk you out of doing this . . . just go into it with your eyes wide open. It will most likely not be as easy and effortless as the vendor or the program claims.

Never heard of them, but there are thousands of similar "programs" for sale.

I think you would be better off looking into creating social media presence for local businesses.

Several years ago the elocalloop domain was directly associated with bestseosites.com. There are numerous online scam reports concerning bestseosites.com

I have no idea if elocalloop is currently a questionable site and I don't have time to research. I suggest YOU do more research before you believe anything any website promotes.

There are so many ways to make money online. Of all the ones I have heard of, this seems like one of the least likely for success. First, there are so many directory sites out there, they are seen as worthless by most website owners these days. Second, this model would take a tremendous amount of sales ability in my opinion - something that few people have and hardly turnkey.

I won't recommend any method over another nor will I do a shameless plug. There are many courses discussed here that offer more opportunities for success than this method seems to afford.
