Platform to deliver services

Could someone point me in the right direction?
I need a platform, preferably wordpress, that sell services and create accounts for the uses where they can track the status of their service until its completed
So for example the customer would visit the website, purchase the service and then an account page would be set up for them where all their purchases and info would be stored like their name, address, and bank details (bank details because we will need it to set up the service that's provided), and obviously we will need access to all of their details.
The customers account page should show the status of their order, and when the order is completed (service set up) we should be able to upload the contracts for those services in the customer's account.
The customer should also be able to upload files to their account, that they can download whenever they want.
We also need the site to be multi language and offer an affiliate program.
