What would you like automated?

I've been meaning to get back to some hard core programming, or at least some bot creation. I'm all about making my life as easy as possible when it comes to doing some of the maintenance work that is necessary for:

1) content creation
2) link building/traffic creation/SERP awareness

Just trying to get an idea what others would like to see more automated in the future. I think my next plan of attack is working on a program which will auto-register accounts at a bunch of web 2.0 bookmarking/other websites.

Already have the auto-email confirm nailed down thanks to a friend who is one hell of a coder. The program crawls through whatever email i tell it to and it will click on the confirmation links for me.

Thoughts?

  • Not sure to be honest, maybe if there was enough interest I could put something together. Originally it was planned just for gmail accounts, but the code was then altered for ANY pop3 account...which is great since i've got a ton of domains i can make emails for and trash them if I have to.
  • make sure you rotate proxies as your account creation and psoting will get banned
  • I happen to be looking for a good proxy list if anyone knows of one?
