Best way to accept credit cards payments with sales funnel?(for non USA residents)

OK here a challenge I am having lately.
I am building a new sales funnel that will eventually contain a few digital products.
I was thinking to use Stripe as the payments processor.
But I am not living in the USA and don't have a US bank account there.
So I was thinking maybe use stripe and Payoneer. But I saw somebody mention Stripe doesnt support it.
So what is the best solution for this If I have International customers while living in Israel.
I thought about other options like 2checkout but saw very bad reviews online.
And how about PayPal is it a good option to accept credit cards?
Maybe some other credit card process/shopping cart that is best to use with sales funnel?

thx

get a merchant account in whatever country you are in. As long as it accepts Visa, Mastercard, and possibly AMEX and Discover then a U.S. person should be able to make the purchas.

One company to look into would be ccbill.com

Wait so you mean I should just use a local credit card processor to process International credit card payments?
I can check it with some of the local ones.
For some reason I thought its better to find an non local processor when dealing with International customers.

PayPal works fine with credit cards. If you haven't already done so, open a PayPal Business account and get cracking on building your funnel. It would be more than good enough to start with.

The advantage of Paypal is that it's known worldwide, especially for online payments.

Make sure to get your account fully verified before doing any business and be careful with refunds, opened cases, etc.

Your account can easily be limited, if they don't like what you are doing.

More than likely, you're already set up to receive payments through both Paypal to Paypal transfer AND through credit cards.

            Paypal offers 2 options
            1. Process all payments through PayPal. (Buyers can pay using their credit card, debit card, or PayPal.)
            2. Add PayPal checkout as another way to get paid. (Let customers check out using their PayPal accounts.)

The first option allows the buyer to select (after being taken to Paypal checkout) whether to pay via Paypal account, or via credit card.

The second option does not provide for receiving payment via credit card. It assumes that you already have a second payment processor set up on your sales page for that purpose, and that you are intending to add Paypal as an alternative form of payment.

For your purposes, all that is required is to "tick" the right box in your Paypal account (under Business Setup). Everything else is handled in the Paypal checkout. You shouldn't even have to change your existing Paypal "Buy Now" buttons.

I use Stripe along with PayPal. No startup costs, only a fixed percentage of the sale plus $0.10. It works for me!
