hiya, i urgently need the names of the Hip hop songs/samples used in these tracks, the originals. What samples are they?

(somebody has been asking for these tracks, but i cant find the originals as i dont know what they are) -

      The first one is "You know how we do it" by Ice Cube.

      Not sure about the second one, although some of the samples in it sound very familiar.

          Did ice take this sample of everyone? or did he rip it from some other artist?

          I cant find the second track tho ( EMPD "The Cross Over" but from an old Eric Sermon remix.)-Upstate Cowboy- can you find the track on utube- i tried.... (of the 2nd track)
