Image mapping--pretty neat, but...
Well, I have gimp and Nvu. I usually do my websites with buttons etc. I got a header that included the tabs for home,about, contact, etc. and didn't think I was going to be able to use it. Well, pulled up gimp and leaned (the hard way of course) to do image mapping so the tabs would work.
Pretty neat but still not sure about using it on a regular basis. If I did correctly--mapped the image, saved it as a .txt file (which is weird) then put the html into Nvu. Seems to work.
The process was sure strange to me but, does the job.
