Where To Give Away Free Stuff?

Hello!

I like to help my fellow marketers and give away valuable things every now and again. Can someone direct me to where I can offer my freebies on the forum?

I'm sure there is a section for it and I don't want to post in the wrong area.

Thanks for your help in advance!

I don't know the forum well enough to answer that question but you can go to 'user CP' and include a link in your email signature to the freebie as long as it's hosted on your website.
    Hope that helps

The place you're talking about is called "The War Room." It is a paid section of the forum and you have to be a member to post in it.

To give away a free thing that would benefit the community? I have to pay? Wow. That is cool. Nevermind.

We sure don't want to invest anything in our business, do we?

Broken promises don't upset me. I just think, why did they believe me?

      Shawn,

You're only considering this from a giver's standpoint. What about being on the receiving end? Would you pay to receive valuable information that others have paid sometimes high prices to get? The idea is to "give and take" in the War Room. Pay a fee and receive the benefit of all the freebies that are there. Some have placed their previous WSOs in the War Room. Others have given away strategies and methods that maybe they wouldn't share with the public forum. It's supposed to be a "next level" section for serious Warriors.

Some Warriors love the War Room, others think it is overpriced and full of junk. I'm not going to make a value judgment here - that's not my place.

I'm just saying that the original idea of this paid section, IMO, was to get "insider" information and more in-depth marketing knowledge than is found in the public main discussion forum. Making it a paid section tended to keep the membership to the more serious people and not so much the tirekickers and drive-bys.

Anyway, that's my take on it. I am a member but the cost and length of membership is much different now. I hope I am being fair in my representation of the War Room. My purpose is not to encourage or discourage anyone from joining.

I'm not talking about investing in our business. I'm talking about just giving something away for free that I don't need anymore.

You know like on Craigslist there is a free section. Something I didn't need anymore and could give away without promoting something.

I understand if you are doing it with business intentions but not if you are just giving away something for free just to be an active part of the community and give back in some way.

That is what I thought the initial viewer was asking about.

As far as investing in my business I have no problem with that.

Personally I have a video I would give away to everyone and anyone for free. It is something I created and I'm making no money off of it. I think a free spot would be kinda cool but that is just me.

I'm not giving out privy information or anything. Just my own personal freebie.
