When create an email campaign in Interspire Email Marketer HTML Visual Editor shows up only on the main domain (registered with the hosting) and only with www part.



If I access the script without www only on domain.com the visual editor doesn't show up.


Also it doesn't show up on any other domain except the main one.


What can be causing the issue?


The hosting support staff has no clue. The mod_security has been disabled for all domain through cPanel.
