Spending time on my own business - how much time should I pencil in?
Thanks to everyone for joining in on my last thread.
I know I need to spend some time on my business and really focus on a few things - my processes for one, my expectations, goals, marketing and a bit of a plan. Trouble is I always put everyone else ahead of my own business - I doubt this is something new in small business.
My question to you is, how much time do you spend on your own business each day, week or month.
I aim to start blocking out some non-negotiable time to work on my own business - if I don't who will.
I'd be very interested what you do for your own business and the balance of your time.
