INTERNET MARKETING

Usually the Login usernames change between accounts though you can keep same password. So most of the times you don't login into website1 when you are using website2 details.

And yes, you need unique UN for each account (unless both sites are on different servers and have same login username)

Thank you Radhika!

I understand what happenned to me today.
I have try to set up a blog on the same server, but at the end my previous site appears when I tape my blog adress in the browser.

So what would be the solution to create a new FTP acount? Can I ask my host company about it?

Thank you again!

You mean new ftp account to present site (that already has a default ftp account?) You can create it in your web panel.

When you say 'same server' do you mean, you're hosting your blog and website on the same Hosting Account? If so, then you should be able to use a single ftp acct and just select the proper sub-folder in the directory.

Since both sites are on the same Ip, the ftp address would be the same. The only diff would be the username.

Hope you get it cleared up

If you are using Cpanel then just login with your main acct username and password. You will be able to ftp all of your sites.

How did you set your new blog up? Was it a blog on your main domain, or did you set it up on a subdomain or add-on domain?

Thank you Linkedinlincoln,

I appreciate you help.
Yes my two domains are in the same hosting account and I woul like to set my blog to be:

myblog.com not mysite.com/myblog.

Now, with all you help I think I will need a second ftp account because I just have one, right?
