Do you have any idea what Google Analytics mean when it says under 'Source Meduim' customer.jvzoo.com / referral

I made a sale, and GA goal tracking I've setup confirmed it, however the Source Meduim doesn't say much. Was the customer surfing on Jvzoo marketplace? It was not an affiliate sale.
