What's The Best Way To Promote A Product Launch To Members Of A Facebook Group?

Hello Warriors. I was wondering if any of you could lend me a little advice

I'm planning to launch a new product next month in the music niche. I've created 3 free videos to give to my JV partners as part of the pre-launch. Here's my problem: 8 of my JV partners aren't familiar with product launches or with e-mail marketing. They use Facebook groups to communicate with their audience (<---- that's the bad news)

The good news, however, is that they are all owners (admins) of their own groups. All of their groups are very sizeable and very popular. The total combined number of members is well over 200,000 and they get a lot of interaction amongst their members.

My dilemma is how to accommodate my Facebook JV partners. My current plan is to:

1. Get them to open their own auto-responder accounts
2. Provide them with squeeze pages that they can pin post in their groups
3. Edit each squeeze page so that the traffic from their groups goes to their respective lists
4. Provide them with email sequences containing the links to each pre launch video
5. Get them to open Clickbank accounts so I can issue them affiliate links for the sales video

I want to ensure that they get the commission owed to them. My question is: Is there a simpler way to approach this? Am I over complicating it? Is there an easier way that you guys would recommend? Thanks in advance

Billy

This seems like a lot of work when you can just provide them with affiliate links.

Maybe I'm old school, but I prefer to use email for promotions and launches. Maybe that's what's influencing my thinking

Do you think it would be better to just give them direct links to each of the free pre-launch videos? And then provide them with affiliate links for the sales page?

You could give them their individual affiliate links and make an individual landing page/squeeze page for each link. This way you make sure that the page is tailored to the audience of the respective affiliate and can eventually put his "branding" or whatever on the appropriate page. You wouldn't have to change much, maybe just a very small introduction video or text with their "signature".

(This makes only sense if they are some kind of real influencers for their audience of course, if they just provide you with highly interested and relevant traffic, a single landing page may give same results).

If you want people to promote to their own facebook groups then they will be the best people to know how to do that.

They should know what their audience likes, does, how they behave or respond etc.

If you complicate things you will lose both audience and JV partners.

If these people are in a Facebook group then all they need is a trusted person (their admin/your JV partner) to recommend they take a look at your offer/product.

They are not an email list so cannot be treated like one. If you want to build a list then give them an offer they need to sign-up for. But as they are active members of a group they will probably respond better to a recommend from their trusted admin.

At most I would create a specific page for each JV partner So it says ---Special offer for Bill Smiths Facebook Group Members--- or similar.

Buyers will still end up on your list by the natural process.

Since they arn't familiar with email marketing and product launches, I suggest that you create a mini-course or a tutorial explaining how to do so for your partners.

One approach . . . find out the names of some of the big affiliate-marketers in the relevant area (you could look on affiliate product leader-boards, or ask on a relevant forum etc.). Then join their FaceBook Group, see exactly how they do it, and do something very similar (but don't copy exactly).

Why not duplicate what's already working well ?

This is the best advice follow those who are already having success with product launches, we have one going on at the moment and the leaders are giving away little Golden Nuggets by doing Facebook live in the groups prior to the launch.

It is very easy to promote to any Facebook group I do it every day. Now the best way is not just to post your products. But to get involved with the group. Answer questions and then after a bit of trust you can then put you links to the post. Because if you just go into selling mode you will not sell anything. But giving advise then linking in your product will make people come to you. But PICK the Facebook pages that will suite you not just any old page. You want pages that fit you like a glove. Hope it helps Robert.
