Hey Warriors!

I 'd like to know what is your favorite project management and time tracking software you use at work or for your private activities.

How the perfect project management tool should look like? I mean features, price and the quality/price ratio.

Can't wait for your answers!

Cheers

    Me, I like using Insightly.

This has been a great tool to manage my time, projects and keep organised. If you haven't seen it check out insightly.com

Other than this I have tried the following:

Basecamp.com - good for projects with multiple people working in different locations.

Trello.com - designers seem to like this

Slackplan - this is good for working on website development

Overall, I would say that it really depends on what you need from the tool and whether you are a visual personal on not - I love Insightly and it organises everything for me and also reminds me and has the ability for business development pipelines and CRM.

For the most part, all of these offer a free trial without you needing to pay anything so I would try and find one that integrates with the systems you use as well.

Currently, I use TimeCamp. I've tried lots of time tracking solutions, even writing my entries on the paper, but TimeCamp does it for me automatically, without switching between tasks (it just tracks the titles of windows and files).

What is more, TimeCamp has lots of the integrations, and luckily, the following ones with Asana and Xero are available. It is the essential part of streamlining the entire management process for me (I'm a freelancer, I'm working as a part-time copywriter for a few companies).

TimeCamp offers a free plan, but their premium features are worth paying 6-9$ per month.

I tried various platform apps, but those aren't fits my requirements. I don't like to mention that tools. Now, I'm using Apptivo for maintain projects activities. Few instance, it improves project team collaboration because it has effective collaboration tool, Gantt representation, set milestones, convert project to invoice (reduce billing work), time tracking, create layout based on my own choice(fully customization) and more. Apart from these price is suitable my business, not complex features and ideal for use.

  • I highly recommend Wrike What I overuse in Wrike is its activity stream. We manage remote groups in various nations, yet we take a shot at a similar timetable. What I do is check the action stream where my temporary workers present the connection on their yesterday's achievement reports. On the off chance that I have inquiries or need to relegate an errand I tag/say them appropriate on the bolster to draw their consideration. I got so happy with doing this that I scarcely utilize my email or talk, only this sustain to remain over my groups' yields.

Moreover, I manage loads of substance day by day. I utilize live altering to instantly finish renditions. The archive forming likewise causes us to abstain from overwriting the last record. We used to send record connections through email yet it's quite recently unsafe when you have twelve of substance rearranging forward and backward consistently.

What else? Wrike has quite flawless visual courses of events however I haven't utilized them since our points of reference are straightforward and on regular routine. There are a lot of different choices - truth be told, in the event that you need more bits of knowledge you can instantly check this best 20 venture administration programming guide.

By and large, I discover Wrike ready to meet not simply uncommon undertakings with unmistakably characterized begin and end stages, yet it causes me oversee day by day repeating assignments. I know I've quite recently depicted assignment administration and joint effort, for the most part. Despite everything I need to enhance this undertaking administration application particularly its detailing and asset administration highlights.

    Time tracking: Toggl

    Project management: Asana

For the project management stuff, you have to learn how to use the program so that workflows make sense to you. The program is a shell, and you have to set up the categories and flows. At our company we set things up the way we thought we wanted but after several months it wasn't working the way we expected. So we threw everything out and started over.
