Anyone buying pre-written autoresponder content?

If you're buying pre-written autoresponder content, I'd like to know:

1. What format is it delivered in:

- Plain text only
- Plaint text and HTML

2. File Format

- Doc
- TXT
- CSV
- Something else

If anyone would like to share an example of something they bought, let me know. I won;t use it for anything other than analyzing the format.
