Can I track this far...?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

This is what I want to track:
Customer clicks a banner (y) from a website I don't own and visits my site (A) and receives a newsletter.

He opens email and visits my other site (B) and buy product.

When I look at my stats can I know this customer came from banner (y)? What tool can I use for this e.g. Google analytics or something not free.
